Here is the first of 2 slide shows of pictures Luke has taken. They are in his perspective, you will probably notice. The 3 things he takes the most pictures of are Mittens (gray cat), microwave and Matthew. Maybe not in that order, but then again... I didn't put in all of his microwave pictures, because if you've seen our microwave once or twice, that oughtta be enough, LOL (although the time is always different).
Here is a little bit of Midnight Son from the 4th of July celebration. You'd think I was in a boat, if you start getting seasick just close your eyes. Also, you will probably want to turn your sound down at first. Not high quality picture but you can hear it pretty good.
These are pictures from our trip to our cabin in Tennessee and the North Carolina/Tennessee border, Memorial Day weekend this year.
Note: If you click on the picture (if you haven't figured this out already) you will go where you can see the pictures bigger and you can click on slideshow and watch (it seems to not go to the beginning so press the back arrow until you come to the first picture of my 3 boys holding their walking sticks).
Another mystery is solved.
How does the small arrow in the screen of the computer work when we move The mouse?
Haven't you ever wondered how it works?
Now, through the miracle of the high technology, we can see how it is done.
I just wanted to add to what I said about my nephew's band playing on CBS Early Show on Monday. Go here Living Room...Live! Battle of the Bands
This is where you will go on Monday to vote for The Midnight Son. I am very optimistic because they played before the fireworks last night and were awesome!!! Also you will be able to vote as many times as you want so keep it up until the time is up!!
We took the boys to the carnival last night. They love the carnival!! Luke's favorite ride was the strawberry (his favorite thing to eat, too). Matthew's favorite ride was the fun slide. And John's favorite ride was the train (his favorite toy is Thomas the Train). I hope you all will enjoy this slideshow. Hope you are having a wonderful 4th of July!!
My nephew, Brad, with the band he is in, The Midnight Son, will have a tape of themselves played Monday, July 9th, on the CBS Early Show. Watch it and vote. Here is the link to my sister-in-law's blog where she talks about it. Becky's blog
I just wanted to make sure to say "Welcome to my blog!" I hope you will enjoy coming here and seeing what I have added. I call my style kinda hodge podge, kinda this and that. I would like to invite you to make comments. So, get yourself a cup o' tea , pull up a chair, and join me in a journey that could take us anywhere. . Who knows where we will go next.

I have homeschooled for about 12 years and now have sent my boys to the brick and mortar. I have 3 boys, ages 17, 16 and 13. We love to go to auctions and see what treasures we can find.
